Company Calendar (CO-CAL) software is a multi-user system of shared calendars and/or group calendars for up to 30 concurrent users.  You don't need a fancy fileserver or expensive email program such as Exchange Server to have shared calendars.  A calendar owner can grant add, change and/or delete privileges to other CO-CAL users.  You can grant view privileges to all users by designating ALL without assigning other privileges if you wish.

CO-CAL arrives with three protected calendars:  Holidays, Vacations and Absences.  These provide for tracking and reporting their namesake events.  Each of these calendars is maintained by an authorized user (called an Administrator).

PRICING

Introductory license price is $99 for 30 concurrent (logged on to CO-CAL) users.  If you need more concurrent users just let us know and we'll create a version based a SQL database engine, but it will be a substantially more expensive application.

Annual license renewal entitles the license holder to patches and version updates and continuing support via email.  It will allow license holders to acquire future add-on modules at 50% off the retail price.   Annual License renewals are 1/2 the license price (rounded up to the nearest whole dollar) for the number of concurrent users.
