July 2004

Incorporated printing of balance application on an order preview-print. Prettified several reports.

Added creation of member and member company records from a Guest Book record. Added fields to the Guest Book record to prevent duplicate member and member company records.

May and June 2004

Added Guest Book and related follow-up table to track recruitment activities in the Member Management Module. A print record button has been made available from the Guest Book Quick View screen to print a form to manually record follow-up activities if the Membership chairperson does not have access to RGSS. A report based on a range of 1st Attended Meeting dates was added to the Members Management Reports module.

March and April 2004

Added ability to treat excused absences as an attended meeting to attendance tracking. Modified appropriate reports to reflect the excused absence treatment according to the value set in the Member Control record for the group.

Added required posting of recipient(s) to the posting of referrals/leads given. Created a new report comparing referrals and leads given to those received (benefits) for a specified period of time.

Modified help files for changed update forms, posting screens and reports.

Beta-2 offered to a select few groups in the USA who will assist in making it the absolute best referral group accounting software available.

October 2003 thru February 2004

Added 'Retired' to representative type to allow for tracking past member reps without deleting the record. Modified various reports and views to accommodate the new rep type. Enhanced Member Representative Quick View to reflect different colors based on type. Modified various report formats for readability.

August & September 2003

Added user-defined meeting roles and modified affected procedures as required.
RGSS has been in use by two referral groups for two months. Both are using the Dial-up/WAN Access implementation.

July 2003

Minor enhancements to scheduling meetings, attendance reporting and email.
New rolling 3-months detail attendance report added.
Completed testing of printing reports to PDF formats. Works great and is perfect for emailing using the RGSS email function.

May 2003

Integrated customizable templates to allow import of comma-delimited files of up to 40 fields for member representatives and companies.
Corrected issue that would not allow creation of a single meeting.
Minor appearance and window size issues addressed.
Improved the installation process by offering to start the workstation install immediately upon completion of the RGSS main installation.

March 2003

Secured FTP services configured for R.G.S.S.

February 2003

Launched limited distribution of RGSS to the Chicago, Illinois area.
Web site developed and launched.
