It is important to us to know that a solution that we provide will work, so we test patches, BIOS upgrades and service packs on our networks and computers first. This gives our clients the greater assurance that an implementation will not take their networks and/or computers down. We make ourselves available in the evenings and on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays to those clients who cannot lose one production minute during core business hours. We are tighter with "client dollars" than many of our clients. Our goal is to provide the lowest-cost service solution to a client's problem. Clients see us on-site only when other options, e.g. telephone support, remote link, etc., have been exhausted. Our clients provide us with a wide exposure to different software packages, printing solutions and operating environments. We bring this knowledge to the table with new clients which enables us to design and implement the best computer-based solution possible under budgetary restraints.
